About St. Ann's




Overview

Since 1963, St. Ann's has set the standard of excellence in Senior housing. Located
near Downtown Duluth, this extremely well maintained facility offers convenience,
comfort and security. Residents appreciate the freedom and satisfaction of
independent living along with an abundance of recreational opportunities. Most
importantly seniors have more time and energy to enjoy life when they live at St. Ann's.

This not for profit facility operates under the direction of a volunteer board of directors
who are comprised of local business and community leaders. St. Ann's does not
discriminate because of race, color, creed, sex, age, handicap or national origin.


St. Ann's Guiding Principles

we, the Board of Directors and staff of St. Ann’s pledge to honor the following
