St. Ann's Admission Criteria


For admission to St. Ann’s Residence, prospective residents must:

  • Meet the age requirement of 62 years and above.
     
  • Agree to provide the information requested in the Admission Packet.
     
  • Agree to abide by all terms set forth in the Lease Agreement.
     
  • Agree to abide by all the terms set forth in the Resident Handbook.
     
  • Be free of communicable disease which cannot be effectively treated or safely
    contained at St. Ann’s, posing a risk of infection to others.
  • Be independent or secure home health services.
     
  • Must be assessed by one of our Registered Nurses.
