Beauty Shop / Barber (Learn more)
The beauty shop is ran by Darlene’s Hair Care
and is open Tuesday – Thursday. The barber comes to
St. Ann’s one time per month for those who prefer to use him.

Laundry Facilities (Learn more)
There is a laundry room on five of the six floors of St. Ann’s.
Residents can choose to do their own personal laundry or they can
contract with our nursing department to have them do it for an additional cost.
The washers run .75 and the dryers are .50 and the rooms are open
6 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.

Pool Table (Learn more)
Residents and their families are able to
use the on-site pool table located in the Activity Area.

Resident Social Area (Learn more)
Residents are able to utilize the “Patio View Room”
on the first floor overlooking the private courtyard.
This room serves many purposes and you will
find coffee and snacks, games on certain nights
of the week and just a general social area
to visit with friends and family.

Social Hall (Learn more)
The main floor houses the large social hall
where all big activities take place.

Intercom System (Learn more)
Every apartment in St. Ann’s has an intercom system which
enables communication between the resident
and the front desk 24 hours per day. Residents are able to
make requests through the intercom.

Meeting Rooms (Learn more)
St. Ann’s offers several meeting areas which can
be rented out for a small fee for personal parties and other events.

Courtyard (Learn more)
In the middle of St. Ann’s, you will find a private courtyard
where residents can enjoy the sun and shade
during the summer months. They have outdoor bbq’s,
camp fires and sing-a-alongs too. There are raised
garden beds where residents can have vegetables or plants.

Nursing Services (Learn more)
St. Ann’s offers a 24-hour a day nursing department
where residents can get help with their activities of daily living.

St. Luke’s Rehab & Therapy Services (Learn more)
St. Luke’s has its own Rehab & Therapy
services offered at St. Ann’s. They also
offer speech and Occupational therapies.
A doctor referral/prescription is required for
treatment and they will work closely with your
doctor so you receive the therapy
services that are right for you.

St. Ann’s Bus (Learn more)
St. Ann’s has their very own 12-passenger bus
which is used for resident outings. They have scheduled
outings that residents sign up to attend and go to different
restaurants, stores and more.

In-house Baker (Learn more)
St. Ann’s has their own in-house baker
who bakes all of the breads homemade and desserts.
Resident can order fresh baked goods every Monday.

Escort Services (Learn more)
Residents can obtain roundtrip escort service
to appointments at the Duluth Clinic,
St. Mary's Medical Center and Miller Dwan.
Arrangements are made through the front desk
at St. Ann's and the cost for this
service is $5 each way.
