“Residents are responsible for their own personal laundry but one can choose to have the
Resident Care Services (RCS) department do their laundry for an extra fee.  No cooking is
allowed in the apartments but residents are allowed to bring a small refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker and toaster at a small electrical charge per month.

Each room is furnished with a bed and a built-in dresser and desk.  There is an
abundance of closet space in each apartment and residents can opt to sign up for
cable and phone service at a shockingly low cost.  

-Subsidized Housing – St. Ann’s offers HUD, Section 8 Rental Assistance to those
residents that are low-income.  Residents who qualify for HUD must make less than
$19,500 per year in income (this is their gross amount of income yearly).  The rent is
determined after computing their income, assets and any out of pocket medical
expenses they have.  St. Ann’s also accepts Medical Assistance through St. Louis
County which would further reduce one’s rent after living here.
