Scotty Erdey- Dietary Manager
Scotty oversees operations in our well-known Dietary Department. Scotty has been at St. Ann’s for almost 2 years. She came to us from the Ministry Health Care system where she worked for 11 years as a cook/Supervisor. She also has over 2 decades of experience in Nutritional Services. Scotty received her Dietary Managers Certification through Nicolet College, where she studied to be a Dietitian. Scotty is also certified in Food Service with the State of Minnesota. Scotty has one of the largest departments to operate here at St. Ann’s. She is always trying to make the food better, and keep things home-made while still meeting the dietary needs of our Senior population!
St. Ann’s has five beautiful dining rooms that overlook the spectacular Lake Superior. We plan and prepare delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so you don’t have to. We love guests! Tickets can be purchased at the Front Desk~ even for Holiday meals!
Residents enjoy home cooked food prepared by our own cooks from cookbooks just like yours! Residents have a choice of two main entrees to pick from for lunch and supper.
You’ll also enjoy the fruits of our bakery such as homemade bread, cakes, cookies, and bars. Bread is also made to order on Mondays, with pick up on Thursdays if you’d like to have your own!
