Jeff has been at St. Ann’s since 2003.  He is the Director of Maintenance and Security.   Jeff has over 20 years of experience in his field in both Duluth and Superior.  Jeff has the task of making sure that everything works properly and is the “Go To” man at St. Ann’s.  He can seldom walk down the hall without being asked to fix something, check something, or get something.  He is also responsible for the safety of our community.  Jeff’s philosophy is “Do it right the first time!  We are in the Service business, so keep your customer satisfied.  They are why we are here.”
 

 

 

 

MAINTENANCE @ ST. ANN’S

 
Our Maintenance Department is staffed by dedicated professionals who tend to the upkeep of our entire building, inside and out.  They are here seven days a week to make sure that things are working well for you.  They do everything from changing light bulbs, hang pictures, and fixing toilets. They basically fix anything that needs to be fixed! 
 
 
 
 
SECURITY @ ST. ANN’S
 
The Front Desk is staffed with 24 hour personnel to answer resident’s calls.  There is an intercom system in every room that can be pushed at any time for assistance.  Our security guards are on duty every afternoon and the doors are locked securely over night.  Our building is blessed with a security system that provides comfort and peace of mind to our residents and their families.
